About

The Kansas Taekwondo Association

The Kansas Taekwondo Association was founded in 2009 by Grandmaster Ri Kon Ko, Master Bronson Ko and Seth Wilson. Grandmaster Ko holds the position of being Martial Arts Commissioner for the State of Kansas through USA Taekwondo and the Martial Arts Commission. He has pledged his support to help the art of Taekwondo grow. Kansas Taekwondo is designed to help taekwondo practitioners within our state and in surrounding areas learn and grow within the sport. By paying respect to the tradition of Taekwondo and with a clear vision for the future of our sport. Kansas Taekwondo aims to help its members find new opportunities for growth where there were not opportunities before. We pledge to develop and support a State Taekwondo Team for both Poomsae and Sparring and we hope to partner with area schools to develop and foster relationships, personal growth and to bring benefits to our athletes to help them achieve their goals. The Kansas TKD Association has an athlete-focused core and hopes to find ways to help our competitors grow to be some of our nations’ best. If you have questions or if you wish to find out how you can support our association, please contact us for more information.
