OPTION #1- MAT SPONSOR
One mat sponsorship includes the following:
Naming Rights to one mat for the specific tournament
Up to 4 logos/signs around the perimeter of the mat (1Meter X 4 Meters Maximum)
One 10’x10’ exhibit booth
5 PA Announcements per day of competition
The vendor will be responsible for providing all signage, which must receive pre-approval from the Director of Events. Please contact
Kansas Events Staff for specific requirements regarding mat signage.
OPTION #2- EXHIBIT BOOTH
Each 10’ x 10’ space includes the following:
1- 8’ table
2 chairs
Sign with the company’s name
Tournament Credentials for up to 2 people
Please note that space is limited and vendors/exhibitors are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All items to be displayed and
sold must be pre-approved by the Director of Events at least two weeks prior to the event. Please email a complete list of items to seth@kstaekwondo.org. Kansas Taekwondo holds the final decision as to whether an item is suitable for display or sales. In addition, each
vendor is responsible for abiding by the sales tax laws at each venue.
**If you need electricity, please call Kansas Taekwondo to get the name and number for each event.
OPTION #3- BANNER ADVERTISING
Your company’s banner will be hung in prominent view for all athletes, coaches, and spectators inside the competition area only.
Kansas Taekwondo will produce a company designed new banner through its supplier. Each banner design must be pre-approved by the
Director of Events at least two weeks prior to the event. Kansas Taekwondo holds the final decision as to whether an item is suitable for display.
OPTION #4- ATHLETES AND COACHES GOODIE BAG STUFFERS
During athlete and coach’s registration, Kansas Taekwondo will be distributing goodie bags to each entrant in each competition. Each
company can insert either a sample product or advertising flyer in every bag. Please provide enough inserts or materials for 1800
participants and 500 coaches.
Kansas Taekwondo will be responsible for placing the promotional product or flyers into each participant and coach bag. Please submit
a sample of the flyer or product to be placed in the bags for pre-approval by the Director of Events before submitting full quantity. All
materials to be placed into the bags should be received at the Kansas Taekwondo office no later then the corresponding deadline for each
qualifying event.
OPTION #5- PROGRAM ADVERTISING
Choose between a full page, ½ page, ¼ page, or business card advertisement in either color or black and white in each tournament
program.
Designing the ad is the responsibility of the advertiser. Each ad design must be pre-approved by the Director of Events at least two
weeks prior to the event. Kansas Taekwondo holds the final decision as to whether an item is suitable for publication.
OPTION #6- MISCELLANEOUS SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Kansas Taekwondo can also customize a sponsorship package for each company looking to reach our audience in a different way. Some
other options include, but are not limited to, branded items as giveaways, to be distributed in the athlete goodie bags, and the
sponsorship of each event program production.
